Karl Alspach – Lead Pastor

Karl and his wife Lisa have been a pastoring The Crossing for over a year now. He and Lisa have a tremendous heart for the local church as well as for international missions as displayed in their several years as Senior Pastor in Missouri and Montana and many outreach trips throughout the world to places such as Argentina, Belize, and Armenia.Karl's simple, yet fresh approach to ministry has breathed a new life into The Crossing as we look to the future with great optimism. Karl's heart for God and passion for the Word are contagious. He has been married to Lisa for 26 years and they reside in Buford.

Chad Aukland - Executive Pastor
Tami Aukland - Office Manager

Chad has been a part of The Crossing team for two years.  He comes to The Crossing with 12 years of pastoral experience in both Washington and Georgia.
   
Chad enjoys traveling, reading, sports and just hanging with the fam. He and his wife Tami live in Dacula with their two children, daughter Sierra and son Peyton.

Tami has been the office manager at The Crossing since May of 2008.  Tami attended Northwest University in Kirkland , Washington and brings a wealth of ministry experience to this current role.

Christopher Heidler – Worship Leader

Christopher came to The Crossing in April of 2009. He brings with him over 18 years experience as a worship leader in churches of all sizes. Christopher has also served on church planting teams as well as in youth ministry over the years. He has a true passion to see people connect to a holy God through worship.

Christopher and his wife Lauren have two sons and they reside in Lawrenceville.

Travis Rexroth - Student Pastor

Travis has been the Student Pastor at The Crossing since September of 2007.   He and his wife Ashleigh have been serving faithfully at The Crossing for many years and now are doing a wonderful job shaping the students The Crossing into fully devoted Christ-followers. His passion for students is contagious as is his passion for Christ.
 
Travis and Ashleigh have one son, Ethan. They live in Lawrenceville.

Ashleigh Rexroth – Children’s Ministry Director

Ashleigh knew at a very young age that God was calling her to work with children. In May 2005 her and her husband, Travis, were married and a year later, in May 2006 she graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN with Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Development and Education. They then returned to Lawrenceville, GA and to The Crossing. I taught Pre-Kindergarten (ages 4 & 5) until July of 2008 they had their son, Ethan Lukas. In December 2009, God called her to a new opportunity at The Crossing as the Childrens' Director.
